Bad project structure

 
I've got a large project that I've been returning to quite often. Even with the patched CS4 IDE, it still crashes regularly when scrubbing the timeline, the problem being that I've got 94 keyframes with large movieclip within each keyframe.

As clever (I think it is) and convenient for coding, this practice causes too much restarting a crashed IDE!
