Animated .gifs run slow when exported from Photoshop CS4?

animated .gifs didn't seem to run at the intended speed, seems all browsers except Mozilla ignore any frames less than 100ms and set to 100ms.

Once I normalised all frames to 100ms it sorted this issue.
